Grant Manier

Growing up with 
Aspergers Syndrome, a form of Autism, Grant worked to educate and advocate for 
people with Autism. Not only does Grant advocate and volunteer in his spare 
time, he is also a creative and talented artist. Grant teaches the importance of 
being environmentally responsible through his eco-friendly masterpieces that 
consist of reusing recycled paper material.


At sixteen years old, Grant had emerged as one of the most unique, 
captivating and intriguing young artist/ speaker living with autism. He lives by 
his advocacy motto: “It’s not what we can't do…it’s what we can do!”

Alexandria Sias


Waxahatchi Texas

 Lexi Sias, a 16 year old 11th grade high school student, is from Waxahachie. 


Diagnosed with autism at the age of 3, she has overcome many of her challenges with her creative mind.  As a child, Lexi could not draw simple stick figures, but now, she creates computer art and drawings with Microsoft Paint and Photoshop.  


Lexi's favorite things to draw are cartoons, animated characters and anthropomorphic.  She also uses music to express herself and emotions when doing her art. She is an artist for Kindtree Productions, an Autism website where she markets her art.  Lexi also participated in the first Annual Arts 4 Autism with the Autism Society of Dallas in 2007. Lexi plans on attending nonPareil Institute in Plano, Texas, to continue her hopes and dreams of becoming a game and character designer.
