About Us

Mission Statement

The mission of A Mardi Gras Celebration of Art is to improve quality of life, not only for people on the Autism spectrum but everyone who is affected by Autism. We also hope to increase awareness while breaking down the misconceptions that surround Autism.

This event will show that art allows one to express one’s self without words, through this we will also encourage art as a form of therapy.

Vision Statement

Our vision statement is to inspire a creative outlet in all students including and especially those with life challenges. We hope to achieve our vision by utilizing

A Mardi Gras Celebration of Art, show and sale, to:

raise awareness of student contributions to the art community
to raise awareness for artistic contributions from students with life challenges
to raise money for student programs for people on the autism spectrumto award prizes for the highest quality art as identified by our judges.
